Below are the current health and safety COVID-19 protocols. We will will continue to monitor the situation and adjust as we approach the event based on government guidance and the local situation.

1. All attendees must provide proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
2. The conference will be held outdoors on the heated/covered Pacific Terrace
3. Attendees are given an option on their preference for indoor vs. outdoor pre and post-conference small group dinners.
4. All attendees must sign our COVID-19 health attestation and liability waiver
5. The Intercontinental Hotel has MERV13 air filtration in all meeting spaces.
6. Additional portable air filtration devices will be placed in indoor halls or public spaces.
7. We ask attendees to wear face coverings while indoors in the halls.  Masks are optional outdoors on the Pacific Terrace.
